Borche Srbinovski, Managing Director of On Ropes Limited, founded the company in 2022 and brings over 10 years of experience in industrial rope access. With a background in Police Special Forces, he excels in high-stress situations and strategic problem-solving. His expertise in operations management and strategic planning has significantly enhanced company performance. An IRATA Level 3 certified professional, Borche enjoys mentoring his team and is passionate about maintaining high safety standards. His interests include combat sports and outdoor activities.

Business Development Manager

With 10 years of rope access experience and mastery in team leading, project management, and operations, Pedro ensures seamless execution and safety in all undertakings. His friendly demeanour and calm leadership naturally help the team work together well and efficiently. Beyond work, Pedro finds joy in weightlifting and his passion for BBQ.
