The ask.
Coat the full exterior of an industrial building in a waterproof system, without stopping the facility.
What we did.
The work ran off ropes rather than scaffold, so no structure went up around a building that had to keep operating. Access was rigged from the roof, elevation by elevation, and struck at the end of each drop.
Surfaces were prepared, then the waterproof system was applied to the manufacturer's specification, coat by coat.
Plant, doors and traffic routes stayed in use throughout. Work was sequenced around the areas in operation rather than the other way round.
What we delivered.
The full exterior coated, with a photo record by elevation, product and batch records, and the warranty papers in one pack.
