Every technician works on two independently anchored lines, with a supervisor on site and a rescue plan written before anyone goes over the edge.
Two lines, two anchors
A working line and a back-up line, each on its own anchor, for every technician.
Authorised by an IRATA Level 3
Rigging is inspected and the Permit to Work authorised by an IRATA Level 3 before any technician loads the ropes. Two rescue-trained technicians are on site together whenever anyone is on rope.
Straight to the defect
Technicians go to the fault, photograph it, fix it and record what was done.
Less setup. Faster starts.
Rope access gets technicians to the work area without waiting for scaffolding to be built around the building.
Access is itemised as its own line in every quote.
How a job runs.
The same four steps whether it is one leaking window or a six-building repaint.
