Why the company exists.

Borche “Boro” Srbinovski started On Ropes in 2021, after ten years working at height. Too much of the repair work he saw was priced rather than planned. Walls were patched before anyone found the cause. Anchors were used that nobody had tested.

We work the other way round. We look first, then price. We fix the cause, not the mark. Then we write down what we did and hand it over.

How we work.

Three rules on every job, whatever its size.

  1. 01

    Safety is written down

Every job gets a safety plan, a task analysis and a rescue plan. If that is not ready, we do not start.

  2. 02

We say what the building needs

Sometimes the job is smaller than you feared. Sometimes it can wait a year. Sometimes you need an engineer, and we say so.

  3. 03

    You get the record

Photos, batch records, test results and certificates, in one pack on handover. A repair with no record is hard to defend later.

Recognition.

From business awards, and from the clients whose buildings we work on.
