Two technicians can be at any point on a building the same morning, with the tools for the job and a supervisor on the lines. Engineers use us for inspections, installers for signage, glazing and anchors, and other trades for the work a lift cannot reach.
We rig, supervise and record the access. Bring your own specialist, or have us do the work. Either way the rescue plan, the photos and the sign-off are ours.

Two rope systems
Every technician is on a working line and a back-up line, on separate anchors.

Supervision and rescue
Rigging is inspected and the Permit to Work authorised by an IRATA Level 3 before any technician loads the ropes. Two rescue-trained technicians are on site together whenever anyone is on rope.

Harnesses, ropes and hardware checked before use, with a record held for each item.

What is IRATA rope access?
IRATA is an international training and certification scheme for industrial rope access. Technicians are certified at Levels 1 to 3. They work in teams of at least two, with a Level 3 supervisor, on two independently anchored ropes.
Do we need anchors on the building first?
Not always. Where there is a certified anchor system, we check it and use it. Where there is not, we rig temporary anchors, or fit a permanent set if you will need access again.
Who supervises the crew on site?
Every site has a named supervisor, responsible for the rigging, the rescue plan and the work itself. We hold each technician's certificate and logged hours on file.
What can you send our health and safety team?
Safety policy, site-specific safety plan, task analysis and rescue plan. We also send technician certificates, gear records, insurance certificates of currency and our IMPAC Prequal status.
