Sealing everything is not an investigation.
By the time we are called, most leaks have already had something sealed. Water travels. The wet patch inside is rarely below the hole outside.
So we test in stages, one element at a time, working up the wall. When we say we have found it, we show you the test that proved it, and the tests that ruled the rest out.
Testing is charged for the time and the method, not for a guaranteed result. Some buildings give up the answer in a morning. Others take several visits and the right storm. We will say which yours looks like before we start.

What if you cannot find it on the first visit?
Some leaks only run in a certain wind and rain. Where testing does not find it, we fit monitoring and come back in the next storm.
How much does a leak investigation cost?
Testing is charged for the time and the method used. We give you an estimate before we start. The repair is quoted separately.
Can we give the report to our body corporate or insurer?
Yes. The finding comes in writing, with photos and test records, in a form you can send to owners, an insurer or an engineer.
Is this a weathertightness assessment?
No. We find and repair one leak. A full weathertightness report, or one for a claim or consent, must come from a surveyor or engineer.
